📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute crisis communication strategies to mitigate reputational risks.
- Manage internal and external communications during crisis situations.
- Create and distribute press releases, statements, and other communication materials.
- Monitor media coverage and respond to inquiries from the media and public.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Analyze communication impact and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development of long-term corporate communication strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in using communication tools such as Cision, Meltwater, or similar platforms.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in crisis communication or a related field is a plus.
