As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our crane fleet, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate crane operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our crane fleet, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all crane operations comply with safety regulations and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure that all documentation related to crane operations is accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in crane operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in crane operations, with a focus on logistics and transportation.
• Familiarity with crane safety regulations and guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using logistics and crane operation software, such as SAP, JDA, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience operating heavy machinery.
