📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Offer technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues using tools like Zendesk and ServiceNow.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Document and track customer interactions and technical issues for future reference.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical problems.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements to provide the best possible support.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical and customer service skills.
• Contribute to the development of internal processes to improve service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and technical support roles.
• Proven experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Zendesk and ServiceNow.
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
