📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the beauty or retail industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using sales management software such as Salesforce or similar.
• Certification in beauty industry sales or related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
