📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the product strategy and execution for the Trust and Safety platform, ensuring the safety and security of our community.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to protect our users.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our users.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Define and track product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for product decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Trust and Safety to inform product strategy.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers to build a strong and talented team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Trust and Safety or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Trust and Safety challenges and opportunities in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Passion for travel and hospitality, and a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of our users.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product performance.
