📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation by coordinating with the kitchen staff.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure they meet our high standards of service.
• Work closely with management to implement new initiatives and improve overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.
• Proven track record of managing daily operations and ensuring high standards of service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
