📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports using SAP and Excel.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Support the budgeting process and provide financial advice to the management team.
- Maintain and update financial records and documents.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and good understanding of GAAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in CPA (preferred but not mandatory).
