📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to identify their fragrance preferences and recommend the perfect scent for any occasion.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and education on luxury fragrance brands and collections.
• Assist in stock management and ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing retail space.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Participate in sales promotions, events, and brand collaborations to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new fragrance launches and seasonal collections.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance metrics.
• Uphold the company’s standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or luxury goods sales, preferably in fragrances or beauty products.
• Proven ability to consult and recommend products to clients with a high level of expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with luxury fragrance brands and trends is a plus.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
