Your expertise in project management, coupled with your deep understanding of data center infrastructure, will be crucial in driving the success of this transformative project.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the entire data center renovation project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in data center infrastructure.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Oversee the integration of new technology and infrastructure to enhance the data center's efficiency, security, and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure and facility management.
• Proven experience in managing data center renovation projects, including experience with Tier III or Tier IV data centers.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or relevant industry certifications (e.g., LEED AP, BREEAM).
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to international sites, as required by the project.
