📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's values, culture, and business objectives to attract the right candidates.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them throughout the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using various recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
