Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions,Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications,Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top candidates,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
