In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing HVAC and engineering services to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with service technicians to schedule and manage HVAC and engineering services.,Monitor and track service requests and ensure timely completion.,Maintain and update service records and customer information.,Communicate with customers to address service issues and provide updates.,Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Provide support to the service team and address any operational challenges.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service coordination or related role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and service management tools.,Knowledge of HVAC systems and engineering principles is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is preferred.
