📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and clients.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and customer base is a plus.
