Sun Leaf Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and the ability to create engaging and effective training materials. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) is a plus.
