📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and other relevant data.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of reception supplies.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
