Maritime HSE Supervisor - Tugboat & Barge Operations

Join PT Habco Primatama as a Maritime HSE Supervisor and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our Tugboat & Barge operations in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. This position is critical to maintaining our operations' integrity and protecting our team and the environment. As part of our dedicated HSE team, you'll work closely with tugboat and barge operators, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with international and local regulations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting inspections, and providing training to ensure our team is well-prepared to handle any situation. You'll use tools like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and communicate effectively with our diverse team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments for tugboat and barge operations
• Develop and implement safety protocols and training programs
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and trends
• Investigate and document incidents and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and other stakeholders to ensure safety and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with international and local regulations, including ISM Code, ISPS Code, and OPA 90
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HSE team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime industry
• Certified as an HSE Professional or hold relevant certifications such as ISM Code Auditor, ISPS Code Auditor, or OPA 90 Auditor
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and inspections
• Strong knowledge of international and local maritime regulations, including ISM Code, ISPS Code, and OPA 90
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
