PT Permata Media is looking for a talented and dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to start right away, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform various laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Record and document test results, and ensure they are properly stored and archived.,Work closely with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior laboratory staff.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a clinical or research laboratory.,Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.,Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
