📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met by following all health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
