📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.Train and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the restaurant is operating within budget.Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with other professionals in the hospitality industry.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry.Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems.Knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling, and sanitation standards.Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility and adaptability.🛠️ Keahlian
