As our Human Capital Development Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that align with our company's strategic goals. You will work closely with department heads and employees to identify training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Your daily tasks will include conducting needs assessments, coordinating with trainers and external providers, and ensuring that our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs that align with company strategic goals
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements
• Develop and deliver training materials, including workshops and e-learning modules
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers to ensure high-quality training delivery
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with department heads to integrate training initiatives into departmental goals
• Monitor and report on training program participation and outcomes
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human capital development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human capital development, training and development, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs
• Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with HRIS and LMS tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Cornerstone
• Certification in training and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP, or PHR) is a plus
