📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
