HR Foreman - Human Resources & Workforce Management Specialist

• Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, payroll administration, performance management, and employee relations.

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on workforce management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
