📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving and verifying orders to packing, shipping, and delivering products to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order-related activities, using tools such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in order fulfillment and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, inventory management, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of order fulfillment processes, including order entry, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP, is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
