📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes using industry-standard software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Support production planning and scheduling, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
• Participate in process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and soft skills.
• Contribute to project documentation and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project updates.
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and tools such as CNC machines, 3D printers, and other production equipment.
• Basic knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and proficiency in MATLAB is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel to other SAMEE locations as required.
