📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in order processing and fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
• Support inventory management by updating stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
• Work with our eCommerce team to optimize our online store for better performance and user experience.
• Assist in digital marketing efforts by managing our social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive online sales.
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to find innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in eCommerce operations and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
