📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operations,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations,Manage and maintain operational documentation,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives,Support the Operations Manager in managing the operations team,Participate in training and development programs for new staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or related field,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
