Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record in managing operations and teams,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficiency in using operational management software,Understanding of financial management and budgeting,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
