📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and training to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.
