Salon Oka Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Data Entry Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enter and maintain customer and service records in the company's database.,Update and correct existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in organizing and filing documents and records.,Perform data entry tasks from various sources, including forms, spreadsheets, and other documents.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and integrity.,Follow up on data entry tasks to ensure timely completion.,Assist in generating reports and data analysis as needed.,Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic knowledge of database management systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian both written and spoken.,Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
