📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor and document construction progress, identifying any deviations from the project plan.
• Test and evaluate materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on inspection findings, including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address quality issues and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality control strategies and methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction quality control, with a strong background in inspection, testing, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Knowledge of local and national building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Experience working on high-profile construction projects in Bali is a plus.
