📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere,Ensure the cash register system is functioning properly and maintain accurate records,Handle cash and coin transactions, and ensure proper reconciliation,Assist customers with product information and pricing,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of your ability,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) software,Friendly and customer-focused attitude,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
