Den Root Corporindo is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Telemarketing to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the outbound telemarketing efforts, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in outbound telemarketing campaigns to promote our products and services.,Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our offerings.,Maintain and update customer records and databases.,Monitor call performance and provide feedback to improve service quality.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide exceptional customer service and support.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using computer and telecommunication systems.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is preferred.
