📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.,Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.,Prepare and submit reports on project status, challenges, and recommendations.,Train and mentor junior engineers and site staff.,Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
