📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's overall business objectives.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve strategic goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial analysis tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
