📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including online and offline marketing.
  • Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury villa rental market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows to network and promote the company.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
