NEXUS Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Maros. This is a remote position, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and other relevant metrics.,Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
