📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the best fit for the role,Coordinate the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, sending offers, and onboarding new hires,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition,Provide regular reports and updates to management on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
