📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover overdue payments using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Analyze payment patterns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or a related role in the finance industry.
• Proficient in using Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
