📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the crew to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Maintain a safe and professional working environment for all crew members.,Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed.,Coordinate with the management team to plan and execute daily operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.,Represent the company at events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Good knowledge of local traffic rules and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.,Good physical fitness and stamina.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian.
